Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located right in the center of town, with easy access to tram services and close to everything in the center, making it perfect for exploring. The rooms are well-equipped with kingsize beds and bonus kitchenettes, providing full facilities. However, the service was not very pleasant and could benefit from improved customer service skills. The dining experience offers very decent coffee, but local dishes could be a welcome addition. Despite this, the historic and sensitively rebuilt landmark location offers 360 views of Manchester and proximity to Exchange Square.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, situated right in the heart of Manchester Stone with easy access to the iconic observatory offering stunning 360-degree views. The rooms were stylish with an open plan bath, great shower, and a cozy double bed. However, the service could use some improvement in terms of customer service skills. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel has nice rooms with great facilities, including a bonus kitchenette, but lacks a normal table. The service was not very pleasant but offers dry cleaning and laundry services. The location is fantastic, centrally located with easy access to Manchester's attractions. The dining experience included decent coffee but with limited options. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, spacious with a huge bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, but the service could be more customer-centric. The hotel's location right in the city center was convenient, offering stunning views of Manchester, but the dining options were somewhat limited. The facilities were decent, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable, although there's room for improvement in the service.
I couldn't have asked for a better location at this hotel, right in the center with a charming sense of history all around. The rooms were cozy, and having a kitchen was convenient. However, not being able to see the TV from the bed was a bit of a letdown. The service was alright but could use a warmer touch, especially in terms of customer service skills. Dining offered decent coffee, but I wish there were more options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch but missed the mark on a few details.
